Yes, Boon realtor gets from me now in 2024 at least 1 star!!!! Well that's quite a lot you know….in 2019 I wouldn’t have given them a star. Back then I had called for a viewing and then I wasn’t even called back…but last Tuesday I saw a house with a ‘for sale’ sign from Boon of a beautiful house so I immediately called. My details were still known….and I was even called back the day after. Unfortunately, with a lie about that the sign placer was too zealous and that it wasn't yet known when viewings would take place and that I would receive the brochure via email….A week later today I received a phone call saying the house had been sold. I’m surprised how that can be if I called as one of the first and am still waiting…you get a fluffy nonsense story about a list of buyers and buyer guidance. I don't want to call it fraud, but yes

Slechte service. Boon Vastgoed gaat niet goed om met haar klanten. Bij problemen met klanten stellen ze voor om het contract te beëindigen als oplossing voor klachten. De informatiestroom is gebrekkig en traag. Sterker nog, ze kiezen voor de makkelijkste weg en bieden geen gedetailleerde dienstverlening. Bij de aankoop dragen ze het risico over aan de klant, met de suggestie dat dit de enige juiste manier is. Ze nemen de risico's van de verkoper over en schuiven deze af op de koper.
