When I realized that this was the house I had been looking for so long, I called Marlies from LIV real estate agents. Nicolette provided excellent advice, which allowed me to purchase the property. Selling my old house was also an incredibly pleasant experience. The team at LiV real estate agents works extremely professionally, and all employees are very thorough. Lines of communication are short, everyone is highly involved, and I was kept informed from A to Z. Ant's styling advice is also invaluable. Due to the high interest in my property, an extra viewing afternoon was even scheduled with both real estate agents present, allowing a total of 30 viewings to be planned for my house.
