DON'T RENT THROUGH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT An extremely uninformed "real estate agent" who collaborates with house flippers all over Brabant. It seems so nice at the beginning... But when you have had problems for a year already (mold, rotten window frames, etc.) and report this, you are blamed by him. I also sat for a whole month without hot water. If you point this out to him, he yells at you on the phone. In my 10 years of renting I have really never experienced anything like this before. Also lax and unpleasant when there are actually things that need to be resolved within the house where you also pay high service costs. No good words for this business.

What a bad real estate agent named Bastiaan. You were 10 minutes late. Too late and you are also discriminated against if you come from the west. He also made a nasty comment during the viewing. I had to call myself from behind so the communication was nothing.

I visited an apartment and showed immediate interest when I walked out. I didn't get a reply by e-mail. I emailed again, but still no answer. I tried to call, but there was no answer - I only got a message with the text 'send an sms', so I did that. Still no answer. It is now almost a week ago and I'm going to Pararius to check if the location is still available. Poor communication is an understatement, because there was simply none.

I have lived for half a year in a room from NuHuren, but I can't recommend this to anyone. Mainly the service, maintenance and contact are not good and unprofessional. A good example of a housekeeper who doesn't care about his tenants.

Worst letting agent ever. He only thinks about his own wallet, it takes a long time to make an appointment if you are renting and when the appointment is set, he doesn't show up. He heavily scammed me with the contract and additional costs. I would give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible.
