If we were to describe our experience, it would be: simply amazing. Daniel made the impossible possible. We were in a unique situation and had to find a house within 90 days. Without Daniel on our team, I think we wouldn't have managed it. He helped us stay calm and keep our common sense throughout the entire process. He communicated quickly and arranged viewings in this competitive market. Even when we started to have doubts, he didn't let us settle for something unsuitable for our family. I strongly advise against Sean Cooper. It took months before he sold my apartment in a very competitive market, resulting in a loss of €35,000. Despite this bad result, he still collected his full commission of €6,000. The communication during the entire process was frustrating and consisted of long, incoherent phone calls that left me more exhausted than informed. Updates came slowly and I often had to chase the facts myself to get clarity or action. If you're looking for a real estate agent who strategically, efficiently and honestly represents your interests, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Hoi Tisch, Bedankt voor je feedback. Ik heb je niet vertegenwoordigd bij de aankoop van je huis 18 maanden geleden, noch bij de eerste keer dat je je huis te koop zette. Ik heb de foto's pas maanden nadat je huis op de markt kwam geplaatst. Wat de transactie betreft, ik heb alles gedaan wat we in het contract hadden afgesproken. Ik begrijp dat je teleurgesteld bent dat het langer duurt dan verwacht voordat je de pakketten ontvangt. Ik heb ze ook niet naar het verkeerde adres gestuurd.
