Several years later, it turned out that mistakes had been made which led to a serious leak that had to be urgently repaired just before Christmas; The Homeowners Association engaged a plumber for this and informed me. I asked DAK Woningbeleggingen after this repair whether we could reach a reasonable solution so that not all costs would have to be borne by me. Instead of a contribution, they refused to pay even one cent. Very disappointed in this company, I would advise against cooperation.
