Voordat we Elwin vonden, stond ons appartement al meer dan een jaar te koop bij twee andere makelaars, maar we hadden slechts een paar bezichtigingen en geen enkel bod ontvangen. Toen Elwin onze woning in de verkoop nam, zorgde hij direct voor nieuwe bezichtigingen met serieuze kopers. Omdat we naar het buitenland waren verhuisd, nam Elwin ook extra taken op zich, zoals ons laten weten wanneer er iets aan de woning gerepareerd of schoongemaakt moest worden, en hielp hij ons zelfs persoonlijk bij het coördineren van de verschillende vakmensen en schoonmakers die we nodig hadden. When my nephew was hesitant about buying an apartment in Amsterdam at the end of 2022, the timing seemed anything but in his favor.
