If you disagree about something, it is discussed and explained how or why things were looked at in that way; in our case, I myself had provided incorrect (too little) information, which is still rectified. This makes you feel like a person and not number so much.

This sale was quite complicated because I live in Canada with a 9;hour time difference and no longer know how properties are sold in the Netherlands.
