We have just completed a beautiful purchase process with Goudzwaard real estate agency. Thanks to Ad, Wilma and Naomy, it was possible to find and buy our dream home in the Vechtdal region. The office is always easily accessible, communication is good, and actions are carried out accurately. In addition to the expert advice during viewings and the purchase, Ad also consistently provided a little more background information, making this a fun and educational journey for us. Also, with his technical knowledge, Ad was able to explain many aspects of the houses, which contributed to a well-considered choice. Furthermore, this real estate agent is decisive. We appreciated how all information about a particular house was always presented very factually, allowing us to fully decide on our next steps based on that information. If we particularly needed his opinion, it was also shared openly. We are very satisfied and recommend starting a purchase process here. Within 3 months with 3 viewings, we already had it and now, after half a year since the start of the process, we live in our new beautiful location.

As a purchasing party, very bad experience with them. Not honest in providing information. Makes it look better than it is. Gives evasive answers to substantive questions. Extra addition!!!!!!!!!!!! On Goudzwaard real estate agency's own website, negative reactions are quickly removed. The positive reactions remain.

Had Mr. Manche from Manche Vastgoed as the purchasing broker and very satisfied with his services. Due to his many years of work experience, you notice that he knows what he's talking about. Friendly and personal. Price-quality is definitely worth engaging him as a purchasing broker and I therefore also expect to use him as a selling broker.

This 'brokerage' or 'property management', if you can even call it that, isn't even worth one star. Two weeks ago, an appointment was made to view a property, communication via telephone was fine. We were present at the agreed time, but Mr. Manche simply didn't show up. We left multiple voicemails. Three-quarters of an hour later, he called with a rather weak excuse that he had completely forgotten about it because he was moving. Dear Mr., I think nowadays we have mobile phones that can remind us when we have an appointment. After that, Mr. Manche even had the audacity to ask if we were still interested in making another appointment. Well, Mr. Manche, we don't do business with a broker who forgets appointments, especially not in the professional area of his own company. This isn’t just our story, but also something that has happened around us from personal experience.

A realtor who doesn't understand their profession. Enthusiastic about selling themselves, but afterwards you find out that no agreements can be kept. Candidates who request viewing appointments multiple times and don't receive a response for days or at all. Not to mention the administrative side of things. A legal department saying there are errors in the purchase contract twice doesn't really seem credible. What a shame! **** And then also responding with: that, in their opinion, no assignment has been carried out. That says enough I think.

Communication could be better, but who knows that the results are excellent.

Upon selling the house, it turned out that the house was 16.5% smaller than the advertised square meters stated.
