Zo maar een makelaar van het internet geplukt en nog nooit eerder een huis verkocht. Het bleek een goede greep. We zijn prima voorgelicht en overal mee geholpen. Hun maakte de flyer en verzorgde het internet. Buiten de boel schoon en mooi maken werd verder alles geregeld. Alle lof.

Na meerdere pogingen om zelf een woning aan te kopen, besloten we uiteindelijk toch een aankoopmakelaar in te schakelen en daar hebben we absoluut geen spijt van gehad. Kees Kappers heeft ons heel fijn geholpen bij de aankoop van onze eerste woning. Het contact met Kees verliep soepel. We konden alles aan hem vragen en hij nam altijd de tijd hiervoor. Daarnaast is kees eerlijk en realistisch. We kijken er met een goed gevoel op terug, nogmaals bedankt!

wij Hebben slechte ervaring met Barry van der Heijden het is een Geld wolf pas op voor deze Makelaar als je een huis koopt bij Remax hoorn eerste wat Barry wil is geld weten als dat is dan meer geld vragen en je hypotheek na vragen en meer geld onder de 4 ton verkoopt hij geen huis en is slecht met contact houden pas op voor hem geen ster voor remax

We have known Barry van der Heijden for a long time as a real estate agent. In the past, he has acted as our purchase agent and sales agent to our full satisfaction. For us, the reason to ask Barry in the spring of 2025 to act as a real estate agent at Remax to sell our house. Already in our first conversation, he met our expectations as an agent. With a lot of knowledge of the market, our neighborhood Bangert and Oosterpolder and listening to our wishes, he knew exactly what we as the selling party were looking for. When we started the phase of taking photos, he came by in advance to advise us on small things in the house to make the house sale-ready and attractive. When taking the photos, he was also present to give any guidance. Later there was also a video, again showing a lot of attention to detail. In September our house came onto the market and there too, our expectations were met again immediately. Viewers and offers followed very quickly. That was quite exciting, but we were well guided and advised by Barry in considering the offers in combination with the right conditions for us. It was nice that we could rely on Barry's expertise to ultimately accept the best offer (price and conditions) after 8 days, sign the preliminary sales agreement and finally this week, after confirmation of financing by the buyers, officially sell the house. Barry is very professional, fluent and pleasant in communication and interaction, clear and precise and clearly fighting for us as the selling party. I would like to compliment the real estate agents at RE/MAX along this route, particularly Tim van der Kruit and Marco Jonk, for their expert information regarding a free valuation on appraisal day (which ultimately took place last Thursday). Marco did this for me last year, and I followed up with Tim this year. I wanted to know how the market developed specifically for our house over the past year. Both were extremely knowledgeable and relevant, as it turned out that the conversation with Tim mirrored exactly what happened with Marco last year, and they also complemented each other very well. There was no immediate financial gain at first, but both meetings resulted in a professional-looking, documented report. Tim did not know about Marco's visit last year, but it quickly became clear that he operates on the same wavelength as Marco!! Unfortunately, I have to confirm the negative description. My son and child live through Van Riezen and it's just frankly heartbreaking what this club does. Exploitation, can’t describe it any other way. Advice: avoid this club.

The rent was reasonable, not excessively high. Communication often felt a bit slow. Moreover, I didn't automatically receive my deposit back. After many emails and phone calls, I received it back after six months. I found that to be a long time.
