Unfortunately, we bought a house with a Sinke, or Alpina, sign in the garden. It turned out that many things were not as described and told by Jeroen Hofstede. It's a shame they give people such an experience. You preferably buy a house as agreed. If you were to buy something from Alpina, I would advise taking a good purchasing broker with knowledge of rights within this industry.

Not recommended, or rather not do it. My review on fb has been removed, so only positive messages remain. (which are of course written by family and friends) A shame, because you can learn from mistakes.

Be careful if you are the purchasing party. I think this is quite clear to Sinke why. There has been contact. Denial from Sinke has always been the answer. Rather strange if you advise a construction to the purchasing party and then subsequently makes those same purchasers pay more because the construction didn't work. And blames the purchasers for everything in the story.

Het contact met de heren Evink en Petrovic was vanaf het begin uitstekend, houden je goed op de hoogte van wat er gebeurt. Ik zou deze makelaar aan een ieder aanbevelen.

Goede communicatie over de gang van zaken. Goede begeleiding en uitleg over de verkoop. Nette afhandeling tussen koper en verkoper.

Helaas heb ik geen goede ervaring met Evink & Petrovic Makelaars. Tijdens het huren van mijn woning heb ik vele mails moeten sturen voor onderhoud aan de woning. Het heeft toen 7 maanden geduurd voordat er actie werd ondernomen, nadat ik ze in gebreke had gesteld. Tevens waren de problemen die ik in de woning had toen nog steeds niet opgelost, maar dat terzijde. In het huurcontract staat dat na beëindiging huurcontract de borg binnen twee maanden wordt terugbetaald. Ook hier houdt Gerrit zich niet aan. Zijn eigen woorden waren "Ik doe het op mijn manier" en "zit je in geldnood of zo, dat je het zo snel terug wilt hebben?". Een huurcontract wordt gemaakt om afspraken op papier te zetten. Maar Gerrit Evink heeft hier lak aan. Hij doet het op zijn eigen manier en houdt zich dus niet aan de gemaakte afspraken die in het contract staan. Ook stond er in het contract dat er administratiekosten werden afgetrokken van de borg. Wettelijk gezien mag dit niet eens en moeten de administratiekosten worden verhaald bij de verhuurder / eigenaar van het pand. Ik weet zeker dat als ik hier niet over begonnen was, deze kosten van mijn borg zouden zijn afgetrokken. Het is nu maar afwachten wanneer ik mijn borg terugkrijg. In ieder geval duurt het langer dan twee maanden na opzegging van de huur. Ik vind het te gek voor woorden dat zoiets zo lang moet duren.
