Gemiva Gezinnen op de kanaalpark is een slechte organisatie. Als je om je kinderen geeft kijk uit met de begeleiding daar. Meerdere mensen daar hebben een veilig thuis melding en na veilig thuis komen er nog meerdere jeugd organisaties bij en hier kom je nooit meer vanaf. Ik zelf heb ook veel ellende aan hun te danken en ze lachen het gewoon weg. Dus ben jij een ouder of soortgelijks die ze kind begeleid wilt laten wonen met gezinsondersteuning omdat je denkt dat je dochter het niet gaat trekken met kinderen opvoeden? Kies niet voor deze locatie je ruïneert haar leven compleet! En dit komt nooit meer goed! Zorg dan zelf voor het kind want jij die hoopt om een opa en/of oma te worden zal met een beetje pech dit recht compleet verliezen. Want ze halen je kinderen gewoon uit huis en noemen dit dan een moedige keuze van je. Ze praten je ook aan om gewoon abortus te plegen zonder het aan je ouders te vertellen. Dan blijft het een geheim tussen de begeleiding en hun. Of ben jij een man en je wilt met je partner samen wonen en je vriendin wilt hier gaan wonen. Doe je best en laat haar hier niet wonen. Je raakt je kinderen kwijt het is hier hell en je zal door dezelfde hell gaan zoals meerdere daar hebben ervaren. En mocht je er nu op dit moment zitten. Ik wens je succes met het verlaten van de locatie en het terug krijgen van je kinderen. Het wordt moeilijk maar geef de hoop niet op! Hoop sterft het laatste! En zorg dat je altijd een advocaat klaar hebt staan voor het geval dat de dag komt!

Hier kun je terecht voor leuke evenementen, mooie lentedag of een winterfair of je kunt er plantjes kopen, straks kun je bloemen plukken en mooie knutsels van de klienten kopen. Leuke gezellige sfeer.

Vandaag aardbeien geplukt in de tuin, ze zijn heerlijk zoet en was echt leuk! Er is ook een tuin waar je bloemen kunt plukken

Met dochter (3) even in de kaboutertuin gespeeld. Best leuk gedaan maar niet heel bijzonder. Verder leuk om verse bloemen, kruiden en dergelijke direct uit de eigen tuin. Goed een uurtje te vertoeven.

Dit is een fijne buitenplaats, waar onze gehandicapten zichzelf kunnen zijn. Het personeel is bekwaam en zorgzaam en zorgen ervoor dat de patiënten zich veilig voelen.

Ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad met dit vastgoedbeheerbedrijf. Er deden zich in het begin en midden van mijn tweejarige huurcontract voor in de woning waarin we wonen verschillende problemen voor. Onze vastgoedbeheerder heeft elk probleem efficiënt, professioneel en onpartijdig, zowel voor de eigenaar als voor de huurder, aangepakt, precies zoals het hoort. Het is tegenwoordig moeilijk om eerlijke bedrijven te vinden, maar ik ben erg blij dat ik voor deze huurperiode aan dit kantoor ben gekoppeld. Ik had me niets beters kunnen wensen. Bedankt, Koen!

To the company that delivered our accommodation dirty and foul, and then charged us for cleaning after we left, while we left it cleaner than when we found it. The wifi in the accommodation was bad and nothing was done about it after multiple times asking for improvement.

Dramatic experience with Tweelwonen; if possible, definitely don't rent from them! We had a year of problems with the wifi, where responses to most emails only came after weeks and many reminders, and additionally every time it was said that a technician would come by, which we never saw. Upon handing over the house, everything was covered in dust, there were still belongings of the previous residents left in the house that we had to clean up ourselves, and we had to perform some repairs ourselves to make the house habitable (e.g., the loose handrail). In addition, during our rental period, we provided the property with more amenities at our own expense (e.g., installed an extractor hood, installed a new shower, and made a connection for a dishwasher in the kitchen), which Tweel subsequently obliged us to leave as is, but did not want to pay for. When we terminated our lease, we had a final inspection, and the condition of the house was clearly in much better condition than upon handover. In addition to the aforementioned upgrades, we did hand over the house clean, like normal people. Tweel still dares to deduct almost €90 from the deposit for so-called 'cleaning costs', while they couldn't do this before we moved into the apartment. I have emailed about this several times, but now simply receive no response. Easy way to make money like that. Tweelwonen, the rogues of real estate brokerage. Really never, but really never do business with them!

Since my rental property was sold and now managed by Tweelwonen, there's been nothing but trouble. I rent my home based on an inclusive contract. Now that Tweel can’t pass on the increased costs to the tenants in the building, they have decided to turn off the thermostat during the day. To the question of how this will work in winter when temperatures really drop, you simply get no answer because it apparently takes too much effort. Everything disappears behind locked doors and the only thing Tweelwonen is good at is sending admonishing Emails with rules and restrictions. DO NOT RENT FROM TWEEL.

Poor communication. 'Forgets' to notify you of your rejection as a tenant via email, requiring me to call myself. Then talks over me and calls me a liar, and reacts indignantly when that provokes an emotional reaction.

Unreliable and unreachable

Houses are listed for rent, but try getting in touch with anyone. Because they're unreachable! There are two phone numbers, one of which is a dead line and the 06 number is disconnected, ultimately no answer. We have tried everything to get in contact but it’s impossible. Also called the Hague and Utrecht real estate agents listed on their site. But they know nothing about it.
