Wat een slechte verkoper was de verkoop makelaar ( basis bedrijfshuisvesting makelaar) van een winkelpand in haartje van winkelstraat van Leiden! 1 ster is zelfs te veel!

Good realtor
We had an appointment today for the viewing and purchase of a commercial building. We then waited at this property. After calling the real estate agent, we were told that the appointment was cancelled because the property is no longer for sale. While we had an appointment planned a week earlier. Allegedly, a voicemail had been received. After investigating this, it turns out that no voicemail was ever received. Is this how you treat people?? Not nice!
They let you suffocate like that, really rotten!

Had an unpleasant experience with them. Incoming retailers: be careful and bring along a listening broker from outside the city. Many properties in Leiden are owned by a small group of owners, and there are only two large real estate agents active in retail property.
Really expertly helped. For the real entrepreneur, this is the place to be.
