It's very good that you can schedule the viewings yourself and even have them on Saturday. The information you receive is clearly organized and honest. No backroom deals between colleagues, but if you want to view and potentially bid, this can be done openly so every bidder has an equal chance, and the brokerage fee is already visible before you contact the real estate agent.
