Het is heel goed dat je zelf de bezichtigingen kan inplannen en zelfs op zaterdag kan bezichtigen. De informatie die je krijgt is duidelijk overzichtelijk en eerlijk. Geen handje klap onderling maar als je wilt bezichtigen en eventueel bieden kan dit openlijk gedaan worden voor iedere bieder gelijke kansen ook is de courtage al te zien voordat je de makelaar benaderd.
