Wij hebben gevraagd om een gratis waardebepaling zoals vermeld op hun site. Drie kwartier voor de reeds gemaakte afspraak krijgen we een telefoontje en komen zij dan met een verhaal dat het doel waar wij het voor willen gebruiken eigenlijk meteen een taxatie moet gaan worden. Doel was inzicht krijgen in een mogelijke aanschaf van een tweede woning. Ik en mijn vrouw zijn buitengewoon boos en teleurgesteld.
