Het is geen serieus bedrijf!!! Mijn man had een afspraak voor een bezichtiging in een appartement (Plantage 10B/15:00). Toen hij aankwam en aanbelde, deed er niemand open. Hij wachtte 15 minuten en toen belde de makelaar, echt onbeschoft!!! Ze liet hem even wachten. Na EEN UUR (SCHANDALIG) belde ze en zei dat hij binnen mocht komen, maar hij probeerde het en de deur zat op slot. Dus de volgende 3 keer vroeg ze haar om open te doen, totdat ze ophing!!! Hij verloor een dag werk omdat hij het appartement niet eens had gezien. Duidelijk een bedrijf dat er geen verstand van heeft!!! Als je een afspraak hebt voor dit bedrijf, ga dan op je vrije dag, want dan kan er van alles gebeuren!!! Ps: Ik probeerde het bedrijf te bellen en de receptioniste lachte duidelijk!!!!

Responded to a property and this broker asks for extremely personal data such as your citizen service number (sofinummer) and copies of your passport, bank card, net worth etc. I understand that they want to screen you to see if you can afford a property, but not with a chance of failure of 1 in 30 or more. If you then call the office for any questions, the lady doesn't really feel like it because every question is too much. In any case, I am going to look for another broker.
