Fast service

It is not a serious company!!! My husband had an appointment for an apartment viewing (Plantage 10B/3:00 PM). When he arrived and rang the doorbell, nobody answered. He waited for 15 minutes and then the realtor called, really rude!!! She made him wait. After ONE HOUR (SCANDALOUS) she called and said he could come in, but when he tried the door was locked. So the next three times he asked her to open it until she hung up!!! He lost a day of work because he didn't even see the apartment. Clearly a company that has no idea what they are doing!!! If you have an appointment with this company, go on your free day, because anything can happen!!! Ps: I tried calling the company and the receptionist laughed clearly!!!!

Responded to a property and this broker asks for extremely personal data such as your citizen service number (sofinummer) and copies of your passport, bank card, net worth etc. I understand that they want to screen you to see if you can afford a property, but not with a chance of failure of 1 in 30 or more. If you then call the office for any questions, the lady doesn't really feel like it because every question is too much. In any case, I am going to look for another broker.
