Arnoud fantastically helped us with the purchase of our new home. When searching for our previous home, we had a viewing with Arnoud as the selling agent. After 10 years, this viewing still stands out to us as a very pleasant experience, which is why we didn't hesitate to ask Up! to act as our purchasing agent. After spotting the house ourselves on Funda (we weren’t actually looking), we viewed it together and Arnoud prevented us from getting crazy because of the current (overheated) market. Ultimately, the entire process took a few months(!) during which we were continuously kept informed of developments. Our patience was rewarded; we were able to buy the house below the asking price!
