Everything went according to plan. The communication with the real estate agent was excellent, appointments were kept, and the real estate agent also considered it a special object to sell. And that was excellently achieved in just 10 days and at a very good price.

After incorrectly measuring the property, it wasn't put on sale until weeks later. Asking price far too high and adjusted too often. Subsequently, a much too low opening bid was accepted without consultation with us. Oh yes, luckily we did take out a bridging loan, despite being advised not to! All in all, not what we expected.

Good contact with the real estate agent. Another plus point is that the financial aspects of buying and selling can also be handled by them.

The line was short and the appointments concrete. This broker thought with us and dialogue proposals were accepted.

A good realtor keeps you informed everywhere. The house was sold within 1 week after the viewings.

Good realtor couldn't be better and reliable, patient, always adjusting the property well for sale together, and reasonable rate.

Biggest scammer filth Gerrit Evink

Unfortunately, I do not have a good experience with Evink & Petrovic Makelaars. During the rental of my home, I had to send many emails for maintenance on the property. It took 7 months before any action was taken after I formally notified them. Also, the problems that I had in the house were still not resolved, but never mind that. The lease agreement states that after termination of the lease agreement, the deposit will be refunded within two months. Gerrit does not adhere to this either. His own words were 'I do it my way' and 'are you in financial need or something, that you want it back so quickly?'. A lease agreement is made to set agreements on paper. But Gerrit Evink doesn’t care about that. He does it his own way and therefore does not adhere to the agreed-upon terms stated in the contract. Also, the contract stated that administrative costs would be deducted from the deposit. Legally, this is not even allowed and the administrative costs must be recovered from the landlord / owner of the property. I am sure that if I hadn’t started talking about this, these costs would have been deducted from my deposit. Now it's just a matter of waiting to see when I get my deposit back. In any case, it is taking longer than two months after termination of the lease.

No response received to my email...

After a first so-called purchase, everything did not go through while there was signed? Thereafter they were met again in a place elsewhere where we would receive cadastral information via email, never had, a later house under negotiation after multiple viewings no more response after multiple emails and phone calls, not a reliable real estate agent!

Unreliable realtor. Gave strange advice during the viewing on how things could be arranged outside of the law. Not really professional, so to speak...

Collaborates with illegal practices: requests administrative costs when renting out a property. The Supreme Court stated in 2012 that ‘... contract fees or administrative costs are a so-called ‘unreasonable benefit’ for the landlord if the services are performed solely or primarily in the interest of the landlord, such as viewing the property, providing a rental agreement, creating an inventory list and the like...', this 'professional' realtor clearly disregards the rule of law. Don't get involved!

Makes gross mistakes and proves unreliable

Selling broker could not show all rooms, gave no/divergent answers to our questions. This (constructive) feedback was sent via email, after which a telephone response occurred where the denial was defended. Not pleasant for us to do business with.
