And luckily so, because the always enthusiastic Robin was immediately ready to guide us in this adventure! For us, it was incredibly valuable to have someone who we could ask questions at any moment, and who really thought along with us. Of course, feeling plays a big role when buying a house, but precisely for that reason it is extra nice if someone also looks objectively with you and advises whether it's a good choice. Ultimately, we couldn’t be happier with the property that was purchased thanks to Robin. It was a difficult search and I've had quite a few times that my courage sank, but Robin remained positive and said it will work out eventually. You usually only do this once and then you want the right information and guidance, so tip for the broker: clearer and more guidance on how the process unfolds. Nice place

Last week, through our purchasing agent, we made an offer via registration for a house that was being sold by Hopman. Two days later we were called and told that we could buy the house. A purchase agreement was drawn up and sent to us. Again two days later, it was said that a new, higher bid had been placed (outside of the registration). We couldn't afford this. Since the selling party hadn't signed the purchase agreement, we have no recourse. Hopman real estate agent has no standards or values. Just cronyism.
