Iets aan de dure kant maar je krijgt er wel veel voor terug. En de teksten op Funda kunnen stijlvoller. Maar wat zeuren we, ze hebben onze woning wel binnen 4 weken verkocht!

Wij hebben ons huis verkocht en twee huizen aangekocht via Hopman makelaars. Robin is een deskundige makelaar die goed op de hoogte is van wat er speelt op de woningmarkt. De communicatie was snel, duidelijk en prettig. Hierdoor verliep het proces heel soepel en hebben we niet alleen ons huis snel kunnen verkopen, maar ook twee huizen kunnen aankopen die beide volledig aan onze wensen voldoen. Petje af!

You usually only do this once and then you want the right information and guidance, so tip for the broker: clearer and more guidance on how the process unfolds. Last week, through our purchasing agent, we made an offer via registration for a house that was being sold by Hopman. Two days later we were called and told that we could buy the house. A purchase agreement was drawn up and sent to us. Again two days later, it was said that a new, higher bid had been placed (outside of the registration). We couldn't afford this. Since the selling party hadn't signed the purchase agreement, we have no recourse. Hopman real estate agent has no standards or values. Just cronyism.
