Snap your reaction, you have to maintain your image, chapeau for that, nicely short and concise!! You explained on Monday that every buyer could make an offer by the end of the week at least after the open house visits, that was the seller's wish and you had to respect that, as did we. You couldn’t resist the temptation/pressure to change the rules with a ‘compelling bid’ in your pocket after just one day; you should have given the other potential buyers a chance. You disappointed us and other people with your way of doing business, and emphatically do not want any more explanation from you, as that could suddenly be very different tomorrow. Awarding = overbidding extensively and scoring quickly.

Attention!! This realtor says things that are not honest, during open house days the rules of sale are explained to interested parties, don't fall for it. This so-called NVM realtor deviates from the rules and deceives other interested parties with this, an unreliable advocate. Be warned!!
