We had a house + garage for sale. Communication via move.nl / WhatsApp was truly excellent. The decision to use a stylist was also more than worth it. The broker's experience with the current market is a huge asset. A minor drawback was when the garage wasn't sold with the house but was seen as a separate object, which meant it was a new object for the broker... that should have been clear from day 1.
