On the day a house appeared on their Facebook site, they were immediately called, and the first caller hadn't discussed when viewings would take place. They would then be called back to schedule a viewing appointment. After waiting all day, they contacted them themselves. There were only 2 spots left with unfavorable times that we couldn’t make. There was no other possibility anymore… so no viewing. Poor.

This broker was a positive factor for us. Clear agreements were made upfront regarding contact and guidance. Everything went well until the sale, and there was nothing to complain about then. Afterwards, we felt a little abandoned. Agreements regarding the contact person were changed without consultation. Of course, this can happen due to circumstances, but it's not very pleasant during the transfer. Unfortunately, there has been no further contact either, despite promises. We found that very unfortunate because an agreement is an agreement and you should be able to rely on that, shouldn't you?
