The communication went smoothly, when Marloes said she would call us, then she did that directly/as agreed. The preparation during our first viewing was not super, for example she looked for the button of the sunshades while these were manual. After buying the house, we found out that there was a lot of mold in the corner of the shed, according to the neighbors this was a long known problem. (as buyers of our first house we would have expected to be well informed about this. We vroegen De Makelaar BV voor een taxatie van onze woning. Marloes kwam goed voorbereid, had een duidelijke werkwijze (vooraf én op de dag zelf) en liep zorgvuldig administratief als fysiek door de woning. Het gekeurde taxatierapport werd netjes binnen de afgesproken tijd opgeleverd. Daarnaast kregen we nuttige tips betreft de woning. Zeer tevreden, bij een eventuele verkoop zou ik hier zonder twijfel als eerste aankloppen!

For our mortgage application regarding a renovation, we needed a valuation report in short notice. The valuer was very professional and took our request immediately. The report (including NWWI-validation) was delivered very quickly. Also, a small adjustment afterwards was arranged within no time. Excellent service!

It seems as if they don't want to sell anything. I was actually an interested customer, but with every question, I was referred to an incomplete website. This happened with every question, ultimately leading the real estate lady to say that she didn't actually have time (although I was called back based on a previously made appointment). So you know what to expect, if you eventually buy, you will be in for surprises.

My former home was put up for sale as if it were a cheap terraced house/semi-detached, while we had let all sorts of renovations be done and the value of a two under one roof house was nowhere to be seen, the house was offered for sale for more than 80,000,- less than the value because according to the real estate agent the oven in the kitchen was broken, utterly scandalous!! Never had such a bad real estate agent mediate in the sale. A few houses further down the street, a much higher selling price was asked for exactly the same house, ridiculous!! And selling below market value has been a huge loss for us. They stated that they were offering the houses cheaply so that they wouldn't be on the market for long, a clever but unfair way for the real estate agent to increase turnover and make money as quickly as possible. A lot of losses suffered because of them! Really ridiculous and not even worth 1 star...
