Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the way everything went; from beginning to end I didn't feel taken seriously. Not customer friendly and commitments and promises that were not fulfilled.

After purchasing the property, many things turned out to be different than what Zengerink had stated in the sales brochure, including about the underfloor heating. After discovering even more insurmountable issues, I extensively emailed Zengerink, but never received a response - not even on a reminder email. With this 'service', we will choose a different real estate agent next time.

The internal staff, as well as the external staff members are very pleasant to deal with. Sold neatly after approximately 5 months. Close to the asking price. I would not have wanted another real estate agency.
