Jurriaan rented out the apartment he purchased to us in 2020, and we jointly decided that the kitchen would be renovated (to increase the rent, it turned out later). It ultimately took an entire month, during which time we were unable to live in the apartment, and still had to pay the rent. The kitchen was built very amateurishly, with extremely many construction defects. For example, the washing machine connection was connected to the hot water pipe, so we would always have to wash at 60 degrees; this was also not repaired after reporting it. This was just one of many annoyances. People can naturally change, but be cautious in your interaction with Mr. Romijn.
