Ik heb twee slechte ervaringen gehad met deze makelaar. Ze zijn zo streng met het opvragen van documenten voor het huren van een woning, dat het bijna makkelijker is om een hypotheek aan te vragen dan om via hen een woning te huren. Zij zijn de enige partij die ik heb meegemaakt die voor het huren van een woning zelfs een BKR-overzicht vraagt. Wees voorzichtig met aan wie je je persoonlijke documenten geeft.

Het contact was erg prettig, volledig en er werd goed meegedacht. Er wordt echt gekeken wat goed is voor je en welk plan je het beste past. Zowel voor koop als verkoop.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over Martijn als makelaar. Hij heeft mijn appartement binnen drie weken verkocht, wat ik erg snel vind. Martijn is aardig, vriendelijk en communiceert duidelijk. Hij denkt goed mee en houdt je goed op de hoogte. Zeker een aanrader!

Kleine zaken die voor mijn gevoel niet goed liepen of anders geadviseerd hadden kunnen. Tijdens verkoopproces ook geen goede communicatie over de borden aan huis. Zelf een aantal zaken moeten regelen en achterna moeten bellen. Te grote makelaar, die alleen voor de courtage verkoopt.

Heel fijn contact, daarnaast ik werd goed op de hoogte gebracht over de stappen die werden gezet en geinformeerd over de mogelijkheden voor de verkoop. Hele fijne tweede samenwerking met Ilka! Ook voor aankoop zeer aan te bevelen.
