Worst realtor ever doesn't keep appointments and also gives out private information to others?! They also withheld the deposit for no reason and only paid after 2 months, while they already received the deposit from new tenants. Never again for us!

Robert Janse van Van Trigt Makelaars managed to sell our childhood home for a great price. Other brokers suggested creating a situation with a low price where buyers would bid against each other. That does lead to a quick sale, but we had the time, and also thought that a villa with many renovation costs is not suitable for such a ‘quick market’. Robert set up the sale classically with a high starting price. Given the starting prices of the other brokers, and the idea that that price will never be exceeded by more than 10%, we are convinced that Robert’s strategy yielded more than one hundred thousand euros extra. We are also satisfied with Robert's approach: punctual, clear and pleasant to work with.
