So I called Esther that same day and was able to have the intake meeting right away. That's where I met Etienne as well. Esther immediately got started and was fast and concrete. I received optional houses every day, and if I wanted a viewing, it was arranged immediately. Etienne accompanied me to the viewings and was very thorough, clearly experienced, and very knowledgeable about the condition of the houses in the various neighborhoods of Haarlem. She also advised us on a good mortgage advisor at the mortgage lender where we are also very satisfied. During the last viewing, we made an offer and thanks to the very quick action of Etienne and Esther, we were the first bidders. We were ultimately allowed to make the final bid as well. Etienne advised us what to do and also ensured that a guarantee for our financing was issued to the seller within half an hour through the mortgage advisor.
