We had an appointment with them, which was moved three times. One time they called us after the appointment and told us that it had to be rescheduled. After a few times moving the appointment, they offered their apologies and assured us that we would be helped after the conversation we had at that time. After that conversation, we still heard nothing. They had no interest in helping us, even though they had started the process and had taken our ID card. I don't know exactly what they wanted to use it for, but it was certainly not to help us with the purchase of a house. I cannot speak for the other offices, but this was our experience with the office Brantjes IJmuiden.

I bought a house in Ijmuiden that was for sale through this real estate agent (Marnix Bartelink = selling agent). After the key transfer, I went on vacation for 2 weeks, and then I checked the house more thoroughly. 1 burner didn't work, which wasn't mentioned. According to our purchasing agent, the selling agent should properly handle and resolve this, as it is a minor thing. Our purchasing agent has tried to call Marnix xxx times without success. He didn't answer, and returning calls wasn't his thing. The seller said that it was known that this sometimes doesn't work. Still not resolved.. Our experience is unfortunately negative; they are not professional and not trustworthy.
