I found them very quickly, which was very pleasant. Buyers didn't have a real estate agent and from what I can assess, they were well guided to reach the purchase agreement. During the structural survey, damage was caused by the inspector. That should have been settled on the spot in my opinion, it would have avoided hassle afterwards.

In June, we first had an exploratory appointment with Jochum at the office after which we started viewing properties. When Jochum wasn't available, there was always another real estate agent available, and further communication took place through Inge or Luca. The real estate agent lied blatantly about the terms and conditions surrounding the rental of an apartment. There was no one within the company who even blinked, let alone offered an apology when I pointed out that their agents were knowingly providing incorrect information. Subsequently treated quite rudely regarding the termination of the lease agreement and further processing. Disgraceful company. Oh, and an addition to the response below: nicely fabricated, but it's about the hard lies and false promises that the real estate agent presented to us during the viewing to convince us to take the property. And the rudeness started with you. Then you can also expect an unfriendly reply. Greetings.

Beste Thijs, Wat vervelend om te horen dat je het op deze manier hebt ervaren en dat een tijdelijk huurcontract toch niet gunstig voor je bleek te zijn. Wij trekken ons jouw kritiek aan en hebben gekeken naar onze advertentie-opzet daarin is de eerste zin: “Huurovereenkomst voor korte duur (met een minimum van 3 maanden) is bespreekbaar, huurperiode is mogelijk tot en met 31 december 2021.” Wij bij Leef! streven ernaar om alles zorgeloos te laten verlopen én zorgen er, middels een huurovereenkomst, voor dat het voor alle partijen duidelijk is wat de afspraken zijn. Bijvoorbeeld over hoe en wanneer de woning opgeleverd moet worden. Daarbij heeft de verhuurder er voor gekozen om jullie contract niet te verlengen en diende je andere woonruimte te zoeken. Wij begrijpen dat dit veel stress en spanning heeft gegevens en dit zal de oorzaak zijn van jouw onbetamelijke uitlatingen naar de medewerkers van het kantoor, die daardoor erg geschrokken waren. Wij hebben getracht je op de juiste manier van dienst te zijn, bijvoorbeeld door ver van tevoren aan te geven welke punten van de woning beschadigd waren tijdens jouw periode en welke aangepakt diende te worden. Helaas was je zelf niet aanwezig tijdens de oplevering, maar hebben wij tijdens de oplevering wel gezorgd dat de nog niet aangepaste zaken voor een deel konden worden opgelost. Jammer om te horen dat je vindt dat wij onjuiste informatie geven. In dit geval stonden alle afspraken gewoon in het (vooraf getekende) huurcontract en zo stond niemand naar ons idee voor onverwachte verrassingen. Groet, Team Leef!
