Initially you look at the larger real estate agencies, because as they say “what the farmer doesn't know, he won't eat”. On the advice of knowledge, we have nevertheless taken another route and ended up at CDB Real Estate. The first introduction was already good. Owner Charles is clear, secure and has his own way of buying and selling. Buying or selling a house quickly isn't his thing. Making sure everything is correct, doing thorough research and working securely prevents any later issues about anything. Ultimately it's about a lot of money and you can only make the deal once. During the process, there was regular contact about the progress. Charles is always available, extremely friendly and has his affairs in order. We are glad that we chose this path, we will definitely come back for a next purchase or sale. Charles, once again thank you for your help with the sale, we are very happy with it.
