The contact with Erwin and Raymond went smoothly and professionally. We had regular personal contact throughout the entire process. Our house was sold in 1 day with an overbid of 10% and was evaluated at the start by Nieuw Makelaar 5% higher than elsewhere. Nieuw! Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. We had a verbal agreement about the purchase price including suspensive conditions for the purchase of our own home from this real estate agent, where the office was also located: Eikenlaan 45 in Zwanenburg. These agreements were confirmed several times by phone and email. Mr. De Jong literally stated that 'he was trustworthy', 'we had a deal' and 'he would only let some visits go through so that other brokers also had the idea that they still had a chance'. That last comment says enough about integrity. The purchase contract was already being prepared, and we had already sent copies of our passports. Ultimately, just before signing, we were pressured to make an offer without a financing condition. This real estate agent suddenly went back on what had been agreed upon for a week and literally forced us to take a huge risk or throw in the towel. In the world of real estate agents, these practices are probably commonplace, but as far as we are concerned, this real estate agent is not trustworthy. A very special way of working. Use this information to your advantage.
Unpleasant and special that this has knocked you out of the bidding process and my sincerity. I understand that the current market conditions frustrate you. There were only 75 viewings and more than 20 bids that came in at the registration. For the final deal, a purchase agreement is always needed for a property, nothing else has been confirmed and almost everyone sends their data along, like an identification. That you have to decide quickly, that is the result of the current market. Through the registration you had the same chance as the other parties. The seller's choice ultimately fell on the bid with the best conditions. That right you have as a seller. You are always welcome to discuss this at our office. The coffee is ready.
Completely forgot to write a review. With this, I would like to advise against working with this real estate agent. This is really the agent everyone used to be so afraid of. This realtor is not trustworthy. Casually concealing the most important shortcomings is not nice! Also, the helpfulness of this realtor leaves much to be desired. No words for it.
It is unfortunate to hear that you have had a negative experience with our service. You purchased a property from us in 2017. We have not found any special issues in the emails. We sent you all available documents and the deed of sale was signed with the notary. The actual delivery has also proceeded well. We are committed to personal and good service.
