Eigenlijk ging alles gewoon perfect. De service was groot en ruim voldoende. De nazorg uitstekend. Ik kan de Boer zeer aanbevelen.

Edwin de Boer heeft mij op een nette en goede manier geholpen bij de verkoop van het huis. De presentatie van het huis en tuin was prima in orde. De vragen die ik had of nog een aanpassing wou werden altijd keurig opgelost. Met resultaat dat het huis snel verkocht is en daar het uiteindelijk om.

De communicatie met de makelaar en de medewerkers van het kantoor waren uitstekend. De makelaar en de medewerkers van het kantoor zijn goed bereikbaar en deskundig. De presentatie van de woning was uitstekend. Wij bevelen deze makelaar aan en zouden bij een volgende aan- of verkoop deze makelaar weer de opdracht geven.

Zeer slechte communicatie en lange wachttijden. Ook werden we het niet eens over de verkoopprijs die in mijn ogen veel te laag werd ingezet. Inmiddels heb ik de verkoop zelf naar mij toegetrokken en ik heb al 2 biedingen boven mijn vraagprijs. Slechte inschatting van dit kantoor dus! Maar ik ben vooral slecht te spreken over de communicatie want ze mailen gewoon helemaal niet terug. En ik was al in juni met hun in contact en ze konden pas eind augustus een keertje komen kijken. Kortom wat mij betreft een afrader deze makelaar.

Edwin heeft ons goed bijgestaan bij de verkoop van onze woning, de woning is vlot en naar tevredenheid verkocht.

Veel te hoog ingezet en de prijs ging alleen maar naar beneden , makelaars ingehuurd voor deskundig advies , is hier niet gebleken ..begonnen met v d Hardenberg uit Nunspeet .door d Boer uit Doornspijk verkocht..
