Bob was zo vriendelijk om op het laatste moment ruimte te maken om mee te gaan kijken bij een appartement dat ik op het oog had. Tijdens de inspectie bood hij waardevolle hulp en advies, en gedurende het biedingsproces stond hij continu voor mij klaar. Onze contactpersoon Bas communiceert snel, denkt actief mee en werkt zorgvuldig en betrouwbaar. Foto's, de advertentie, het contract: alles was snel geregeld. Daarbij werd de screening van huurders zorgvuldig uitgevoerd, zodat we met een gerust hart een huurder konden verwelkomen die goed bij de woning en de buurt past.

Wij zijn op een vriendelijke en professionele manier geholpen door Oskar, waarvoor hartelijk dank. 123 wonen maakt het wel erg gemakkelijk om daar een huis te verhuren. Juiste oplevering door de verhuurder speelt daarin een cruciale rol waardoor een huurder een goed gevoel krijgt.

Helaas zijn ze erg onbeleefd aan de telefoon. Tenzij je rijk, blank en werkend bent, is er geen enkele kans om iets te huren.

Mr. M. Hulshof was extremely unpleasant during our property viewing. He repeatedly tried to interject during negotiations with the landlord and greeted us upon arrival with a sullen demeanor. His behavior even seemed to be racist. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful conduct is completely unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this realtor!

Having bad experiences with it is very much for his own benefit instead of clients and contractors
