No real estate agent I would ever do business with again. Very unfriendly towards my advisor; they had their own real estate agent and that clashed. They wanted an agreement on the property that was already assigned to us, and almost gave the house away to someone else because we were only allowed to borrow without a starter loan, as it took too long for them with a starter loan. They got angry themselves and simply hung up when my real estate agent called them. We weren't listened to; bad service. They present themselves as friendlier than they are! Glad the purchase went through but on my terms!!! House wasn't put on site or sold on Facebook or anything like that because I think they were already happy to be rid of us. Never again!!

Qualitatively very poor negotiations during the sale of a house. At least as far as there was any negotiation at all. Regarding a problem after purchasing a new home, A New Home did not respond at all to our request for help / problem statement. Not a real estate agent we would ever do business with again.
