Real estate agency Ad Hamers has always helped me well in both the sale and the purchase of my home. Questions are answered quickly and you are helped in a friendly yet professional manner. Therefore, I don't understand why Justin Smeets leaves a bad review. I can speak as the selling party that the described situation is not entirely accurate. We did negotiate about the interest compensation, but at that moment nothing was yet certain; we had not yet signed a purchase agreement. Also, you indicated that you wanted a structural report and therefore you also wanted to wait with signing the contract. (This only after the second viewing, and you could have included in the contract that you can also terminate the agreement after the report if it is a bad one.) Without a contract, we as the selling party also have no assurance that you will take the house. We gave you plenty of time to arrange everything. In the current market, you can no longer permit yourself anything at all. Anyway, if someone comes along who immediately buys the house without any conditions, then you also know what you are choosing. I understand that it is sour to be fishing behind the net (myself also having experience), but in this case you waited too long. In my opinion, Ad and his team did not help you badly for these reasons.

I had a very bad experience when purchasing a house that was for sale with Ad Hamers. We had an oral agreement for the purchase of a property. We were even willing to pay an interest compensation because the deed would only pass in January. We had agreed that a structural survey would take place. When we made the appointment for this, Ad Hamers suddenly came forward with another buyer and here is also the house sold. Strange way of doing business for an NVM real estate agent.
