Through auction, I bought my house and before the deed was signed and before deregistration with the Cadastre, B. van Heugten completely emptied the house by removing furniture, clothing, household items and all cherished personal belongings, including the urn of our deceased son. Litigating costs money!!! THEREFORE there is a police report with photos taken on December 29th by the neighbor, photos of the sea container and the people who were ordered to empty the still inhabited house. In short, possibility of civil and criminal prosecution but at the time there was no money, meanwhile everything has changed and bringing this inhumane occurrence to light is a vital need!!! Bernard van Heugten you have destroyed my life, not by saying I will help you move, get everything ready, but because you removed and destroyed all the lovely items of our deceased father-in-law of our deceased son Ralphje and everything from the girls... No baby photos anymore of ourselves or of the children of our now deceased ancestors. THIS means that you almost messed up someone who did not get to sell his house and was in a difficult situation, with all the misery there is nothing dear left for a person to find comfort in. We regret the day we agreed with your well-intentioned ways, helping, your understanding and kind words made us believe that even in that big bad world there were still nice sympathetic people around. We zijn zeer tevreden over de service, met name over de ondersteuning die we van onze manager, Floor, hebben ontvangen. Ze was gedurende het hele proces constant bereikbaar, vriendelijk en direct. Nadat we bijna een jaar tevergeefs naar een huis hadden gezocht, vonden we binnen een maand na contact met Floor de perfecte woning. We zijn haar erg dankbaar voor haar toewijding en hulp en hadden ons geen betere ervaring kunnen wensen.

Mijn schoonmoeder heeft verhuurd bij ze. ze hadden mooie praatjes van te voren. maar bij de afwikkeling laten ze het weten. Er was iemand ziek om de oplevering te doen. (heel vervelend maar kan gebeuren) inplaats van een nieuwe afspraak te maken werd er gezegd dat ik het zelf moest doen. ik heb 5 mensen aan de telefoon gehad dat ik het niet zelf wou doen. iedereen zou me terug bellen. maar niks gebeurd. de huurder was ook niet op de hoogte gesteld dus was voor niks gekomen. geen aanrader dus.
