Excellent guidance received during the sale of my mother's house. Many tasks taken out of our hands, which was very nice because I do not (anymore) live nearby.

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with the realtor who showed us the house, Coen. We were slightly late for the viewing, but we had called beforehand and were assured that it would not be a problem. The intern we spoke to was polite and helpful, but Coen was rude and unwelcoming. He didn't even walk with us through the house, and we felt uncomfortable asking questions because he seemed rushed and grumpy. All in all, it was an unpleasant experience and left a negative impression of the realtor and even of the house itself. Absolutely terrible.

Another arrogant realtor! Absolutely no time for the buyer, the realtor runs through an entire house in 7 minutes and you're standing outside again with your bid form. I still remember proudly announcing that there were many bids well above the asking price. Bid form filled out and then never heard anything more.

Bad experience with Sean realtor! On October 1st, we put our house up for sale through Saen real estate agents in Koog ad Zaan. From the beginning, our collaboration went very poorly. There was no good communication and viewings were delayed. After three weeks of considerable struggling and a lot of misunderstanding regarding promises that were made and not fulfilled by them, we withdrew the agreement. As of November 1st, we entered into an agreement with a new realtor, which yielded excellent results. There was much interest and our house sold quickly. This realtor did listen to our wishes etc.

Very rude realtor! Update: One of their agents called me and assured me that the incident will not happen again. So far I think most of their agents are very accommodating and friendly, so I think the incident was an isolated case.
