We had a very bad experience with real estate agent Stephan Roes. Did not read the documents properly. Absolutely not worth the huge amount we paid. We would not recommend this agency and this broker in particular.

Despite their initial impression, they failed to deliver the promised proposal within the agreed timeframe – without any feedback or explanation. I even waited longer, awaiting an answer, but that never came. Although unforeseen circumstances may have caused the delay, good communication and professionalism are crucial. Unfortunately, this lack of follow-up has led me to choose another agency. I would not recommend it based on this experience.

The worst experience of my life. They took my money and gave null values. I moved to the apartment with so many problems. It is supposed to offer a minimal inspection, but the whole service was a joke. Also no competent things.
