Instead of showing empathy for my concerns about selling my house, I was simply dismissed with an indifferent reaction that insinuated that maintaining their website was more important than fulfilling my request. The lack of customer focus was frankly disappointing. Moreover, their argument for retaining the old advertisement was weak and unfounded. As a real estate agent, they should take responsibility to ensure that the information on their website is up-to-date. Through this negligence, they have not only wasted my time but may also confuse and/or deter potential buyers. The lack of willingness of this real estate agent to even make a small effort to help us speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to their clients. I would strongly advise others not to do business with this real estate agent unless they are satisfied with a lack of respect and attention to their needs.
