I recently worked with Rick van Have a Good Home to determine the property tax for my first house in Hilversum, and I am very satisfied with the experience. The appraisal by the company was inaccurate and based on incorrect information. I'm not talking about the market value here, but about the technical data of the property itself and the compared houses. The house was compared to properties that differed significantly from each other: a difference of 20 years, houses far from the inspected address, houses that differed by more than 30% in size and houses that had been sold years ago. Moreover, they claimed the house had no insulation, while it definitely did and was easily verifiable by openings in some places where the insulation material was visible. For a price of 800 euros, I find this a terrible experience, considering the many inaccuracies in the appraisal report. An inspection took place, during which the real estate agent, the documents and the owner themselves could quickly correct the inaccuracies in the report. This company however either did not fully read the provided documents, or it simply didn't care. They also never asked the involved parties for their opinion. I have tried several times to find out why they didn't even try to correct the report, but received no answer. 'A nice house desired', the only thing they care about is a standard appraisal report, even if it's incorrect. The draft report contained inaccurate and erroneous statements that have not been corrected to this day. I had to engage another appraiser because this one was unprofessional, and I never even received the report.

A detailed and high-quality report was prepared, including an appraisal that we believe to be accurate. This gave us more confidence in our mortgage application. You think: nice apartments, sleek site, good prices. But what you actually encounter is a disreputable realtor with mafia-like practices. The advertisements are purely bait. Beautiful photos of apartments that aren't for rent. They’re only there to lure you in. If you respond, you hear nothing for weeks. No phone call. No response to your email. No response on WhatsApp. Absolutely nothing. The receptionists? They’re only there to put up a smoke screen. They standardly say: “You will be called back.” But that never happens. They also can or are not allowed to respond anywhere. Everything comes to a dead end. Communicating with this party feels a bit like slowly dying: you wait, hope, try again — and ultimately give up because everything disappears into total silence. Ultimately it boils down to this: They want you to sign a ‘search request,’ where you pay one month’s rent – not as a deposit, not as payment for a property – but just purely as commission. Just money in their pocket, so they might connect you with a property of a friendly landlord. Not a single house that you see on their site is actually available. Everything is fake or has been ‘gone’ for a long time. And meanwhile, your money is cheerfully collected. In short: this company doesn't belong in the Amsterdam housing market. This isn't a realtor, this is organized fraud with a neat website. The one star is purely because zero cannot.

My Amsterdam Apartments has been assigned to us for apartment maintenance. I've already called several times, each time being told that I would be called back, multiple emails sent and you simply get no response. Then eventually received a reaction and for 1 of the points we would hear something about it the next working day. That was already weeks ago. Incredibly bad company in terms of communication.

Alle zaken waren perfect geregeld, en er werd goed contact onderhouden tijdens de verkoop periode. Met als resultaat dat het huis goed verkocht is.

Het verhuren van ons appartement is uitstekend begeleid door Veerman makelaars en professioneel afgerond.

Het contact verliep prima, we hadden ook een huis aangekocht met behulp van Veerman Makelaars er werden verschillende groepsapps gemaakt om het overzicht te houden. Niet is teveel als er iets niet duidelijk was werd dit zorgvuldig uitgelegd.

Fijn makelaarskantoor, goede communicatie, alles verliep naar tevredenheid, ik zou dit kantoor zeker aanbevelen!

The realtor Len Veerman and all the employees of the agency provided an excellent service with the sale of the house. Everyone understood the situation, which allowed us to work together quickly in the same direction. I think limiting the number of letters is a bad thing. The response from a client does not always need to be expressed in a certain number of letters. This can even detract from a short and concise Reaction that can be both positive and negative, and therefore gives an incorrect picture of the services being requested. Literally a worthless appraisal by B. Dudok de Wit. Uninterested, walked through the house in 10 minutes. The house was incorrectly measured based on construction drawings and only after insisting did they try to adjust the report with NWWI without success. Result: the report can go in the trash and I need to find a new appraiser for the appraisal. Not even once an apology was made throughout this entire process. What an amateur and especially unprofessional person.
