Eigenlijk ging alles goed. Vanaf het eerste contact tot nu. Ik woon in het buitenland en dan is het heel fijn als er goed gecommuniceerd wordt over de voortgang. En dat werd er. Ik werd altijd goed te woord gestaan als ik vragen had. Verder heeft dit makelaarskantoor veel expertise wat betreft recreatiewoningen op de Borkeld. Kortom: zeer tevreden

Contact verliep altijd soepel, makelaar is deskundig en proactief, en heeft een goede kennis van de markt.

Het contact met de makelaar was heel goed. We werden vriendelijk geholpen en goed bijgestaan in, voor ons, nieuwe situaties. De makelaar denkt mee en vooruit, dat is erg prettig.

Makelaardij Robers heeft ons goed geïnformeerd over de gang van zaken en terugkoppeling naar ons toe. Er was een prima samenwerking met de medewerkers van het makelaarskantoor en de fotograaf.

Het was een lastige verkoop. De makelaar heeft veel moeite gedaan. Beetje vreemd dat dit niet wordt geaccepteerd als ik te weinig letters heb gebruikt.

I haven't had such a great experience with this real estate agent! I withdrew my sales mandate (three weeks on Funda, they didn't have to take photos themselves or conduct viewings) and they still managed to charge commission above the withdrawal costs despite my protests. In the end, I still had to pay the full amount of €850,-. Really sad, it puts real estate agents in a bad light again!!

We initially stayed at a holiday park while searching for a house from there but André soon came up with a fantastic rental farmhouse. Extremely unreliable realtor - where your position as a seller or potential buyer seems far from being properly represented. Recently, after seeing a house through funda, an appointment for a viewing was made. Received a call - I was one of the first interested parties and they were looking forward to my arrival. A few days before the viewing, I received a call that the house had been sold; I naturally expressed my disappointment and also mentioned that I had bid well above the asking price and that they were now taking this opportunity away from me despite the appointment. I will not mention the name of the employee but he brushed it off with “that’s too bad, the house is sold and can’t be undone”. In short; if you are selling a house - this realtor doesn't care about your interests. As a potential buyer: you might as well make an offer immediately because these guys seem to handle things behind closed doors rather than openly.

A pleasant realtor with whom you can consult well and who has good knowledge of a fair price.
