The sale of our farm on the Lingedijk went wonderfully (in retrospect). The personal contact and communication with Sylvia van Zandvoort was excellent. The initial preparation to present the house involved expert discussions with many valuable and tailored tips and hints as to what is important for interested people. For controversial topics, diplomatic solutions were always found, which I was satisfied with. The explanation of all documents made was excellent. I can’t assess Mutters very well. A lot of time, energy and money spent on a house that later turned out to have a deliberate costly defect that they should have known and mentioned (or at least) indicated the risk. After repeated inquiries, we heard nothing other than that this was 100% Ok. Later, during inspection, it turned out to be a fundamental defect of several tens of thousands of euros. Not a small matter if you expect to have knowledge of professional matters.
