Expert, but flawed communication. I have been surprised multiple times, for example: rescheduling the bidding moment without consultation, a 'sold' sign placed on the house without consultation and, out of pure necessity, having to devise a ‘key under the flowerpot’ solution with the new owner because the realtor was unreachable for both of us (and had the only extra key).
