I have been surprised multiple times, for example: rescheduling the bidding moment without consultation, a 'sold' sign placed on the house without consultation and, out of pure necessity, having to devise a ‘key under the flowerpot’ solution with the new owner because the realtor was unreachable for both of us (and had the only extra key).

We had a very nice experience selling our house. The real estate agents as well as the support team were quick with their responses. Everything was arranged and organized well and the entire process was smooth.
