In the review below it is about me, the daughter. I was not rejected, I had to call them myself as there is no form of communication from the real estate agent. In my opinion, it's not difficult to help everyone, the real estate agent has a task in this with various possibilities: an automatically generated message upon interest, an email with rejection, notification on Funda 'under offer'. With so much interest it's a small effort. So again, there was no rejection, there was no communication from the real estate agent, I had to, just like my mother, call them myself after days. A pity. The new owner I wish a lot of living pleasure.

Through this route I want to express my dissatisfaction with the working method and service of Marco Sark from Fastgoed Makelaars. In our experience, the service did not meet expectations in any way that he himself outlined. During our first conversations Marco Sark made very promising statements: “I will sell your apartment quickly thanks to the good condition, the neighborhood and my extensive network. I approach buyers personally and devote a lot of attention to you as sellers.” Unfortunately, none of this proved true in practice. From the moment the assignment was given, Marco had hardly any time for us, and organizing viewings also went poorly. The contact took place mainly via the office, phone and WhatsApp, but this led to a succession of excuses and evasions. Moreover, we caught him several times making contradictory and false statements. For example, cancelled viewings, where the office said Marco had known about this for days, while he told us he had just heard it. Furthermore, nothing happened on its own; we had to ask everywhere and be put at the back of the queue. Also after viewings, we never heard anything. Unless we called or messaged Marco, then we only got answers afterwards. The office itself functions more as a switchboard than as professional support. On questions, the standard answer was: “Marco will get back to you,” which then rarely or only minimally happened. Moreover, problems were always shifted onto others: 'difficult viewers', 'the sales agent' or 'the office.' This attitude not only seemed unprofessional, but also caused distrust. During viewings it was noticeable that Marco was hardly involved. Where other agents actively participate and explain, he let the viewers wander around on their own without any guidance. This shows no personal attention or interest in the sale. Finally, it was noticeable how Marco Sark presents himself excellently in sales videos and speeches, but this act does not translate into concrete results. He should have been an actor. Unfortunately, his approach did not lead to the sale of our apartment, which we fully attribute to his lack of commitment and professionalism. Marco Sark only once reacted quickly on his own, when we withdrew the sales assignment, we received the same evening an invoice for services rendered, about which we still wonder to this day what these were. Not paying was not an option because our address was 'held hostage' on Funda and made it impossible for us to go into business with a serious and reliable agent. Also, we want to express our disappointment in the role of VBO Makelaars. Although we thought this was an interest group that supports sellers, it turned out to be a commercial organization that protects agents. This also makes them unreliable for us. Therefore, we advise everyone to avoid going into business with Marco Sark or Fastgoed Makelaars. This is not a party that keeps its promises. As a reaction to this review, he will deny everything or lay the blame with other parties. That is exactly as we know him. Excuses, excuses, excuses... don't fall for it!

Marco helped us with the purchase of our desired home. Thanks to his expertise, calmness and clear communication, we were able to buy it. Once again, thanks to Fastgoed and specifically Marco!

Extremely disappointing communication. My daughter showed interest in an apartment in Oegstgeest on the Lijtweg. After digital contact and a promise to hear something about the viewing within 2 workdays, they were contacted after 3 days: apartment under offer, no more viewings. Fine but not visible on Funda or the real estate agent's site. A week later, I as a mother requested a viewing. Same story: within 2 workdays contact. SO NOT. So eventually called, the employee said that the apartment is under offer. I point out that this is a strange form of communication: nothing heard, yourself have to call afterwards, nothing visible on Funda or site. She said she would discuss it internally. Well, good luck with that, if this is the only form of communication then you can be sure that this real estate agent will not sell your apartment. Totally not with any dedication to the work.

Good contact with each other and have helped me very well in the purchasing process. Nice that they are easily reachable for all your questions.
