Begeleiding was dik in orde. Ik ben erg tevreden over Jan Willem Dalhuisen; deze man heeft goede kennis van zaken en handelt zeer goed zijn zaken af ! Voor de rest vind ik de software erg mooi werken als je een aanvraag binnen krijgt voor bezichtiging. Ik zou Makelaarsland willen aanbevelen ; maar je moet wel zelf wat verkoop skills bezitten anders kan je beter de extra makelaars hulp inhuren bij Makelaarsland.

Het contact met de makelaar was boven verwachting. Wanneer je een makelaar kiest, waarbij je zelf veel moet doen, verwacht je niet deze service. Zeer goed. Zelf bepalen wanneer je de bezichtigingen plant. Je kunt zelf contact hebben met de geïnteresseerden, maar dat hoeft niet. Zeer veel service voor de prijs.

Na het eerste contact met makelaar Mark is alles heel snel en soepel verlopen. Een aantal tips hebben ons geholpen gerichte kleine verbeteringen aan de woning aan te brengen wat gezorgd heeft voor een verkoopprijs welke boven verwachting was. Wij zijn een Frans gezin dat in april 2021 naar Nederland is verhuisd. Dankzij Jeroen zijn we sinds eind 2021 eigenaar van ons huis in Almere. Afterwards, they were allowed to sell my property, and I was certainly satisfied with that as well. They have a large network of investors, which could possibly be the only small drawback. I could have gotten more out of my sale if it hadn't been an investor, but that was naturally also my own choice. Quick sale was definitely very pleasant. Deze makelaar gebeld voor info van een wonin. Helaas kon hij de vragen niet beantwoorden. Maar beloofde terug te bellen. Maar helaas blijkt dat al te veel moeite. Wat een slecgte inzet. En dus een afknapper

Slechte ervaring met deze makelaars. Zodra het geld verdiend is zijn ze je vergeten en wordt je meerdere malen gewoon niet teruggebeld. Na de 10de keer en 2,5 maand verder is het een keer klaar. Ik raad je aan om nooit met deze makelaars zaken te doen.

Persoonlijk vond ik de dienstverlening van mijn aankoopmakelaar, Kam & Bronotte, teleurstellend. Zo is de makelaar aan wie ik was gekoppeld (Jeffrey) regelmatig niet mee gegaan naar bezichtigingen (of liet zich vervangen door een ander). Jeffrey was bijna altijd druk met anderen. Wellicht had hij geen zin in mij (te lage prijscategorie)? Durfde hij dat misschien niet te zeggen en schoof hij het daarom telkens maar af? Voor de bezichtiging van het huis dat ik uiteindelijk gekocht heb, ben ik de eerste keer alleen gegaan. Bij de tweede keer bekijken kwam er een assistent mee. Het is een leuk huis, alleen naderhand constateer je dat de makelaar niet goed naar een aantal essentiële zaken gekeken heeft. Neem bijvoorbeeld de geiser (slecht onderhoud) en elektriciteit (aardlekschakelaar afwezig). Zo zijn er nog wat kleinere zaken, waarvan ik gehoopt had dat de makelaar mij daar op had gewezen en waarvan ik gedacht had dat de makelaar zijn expertise zou inbrengen. Tevens moet je bij deze makelaar zelf achter de papieren aangaan. Je gaat er namelijk vanuit dat de benodigde informatie van een woning netjes wordt aangeleverd voor je je bod uitbrengt. Nou, dat was dus niet het geval. Ik heb om veel missende documenten moeten vragen... Je raadt het zeker al: bij de overdracht is er weer iemand anders van Kam & Bronotte bij, ook daar heeft de makelaar geen inbreng gehad, dus die kan net zo goed wegblijven. Achteraf denk ik dat ik het net zo goed zelf had kunnen doen, had me de courtage gescheeld!

Danny heeft ons vanaf het begin geholpen met de verkoop. Het was een complex dossier, maar het is gelukt!
