These brokers don't do what they say and don't say what they do. After signing the purchase agreement, they no longer respond to emails, at the handover of the property they are 10 minutes late while 20 minutes were allocated, they react scandalously to complaints about necessary hidden defects ('if the tap leaks you should turn it off...') and if you have complaints about their treatment they initially do not respond at all and then come up with all sorts of cheap excuses, they twist it so that they are never at fault. Some self-reflection is strange to these 'boys'. Therefore, I do not recommend this brokerage.
