Unfortunately, we also had a very bad experience with this real estate agent. The information in the sales brochure and on Funda turned out to be incorrect. After purchasing the property, it appeared that the area specified by this real estate agent was approximately 10 m2 too high. What we found most upsetting was that no responsibility was taken for this whatsoever. An apology would have been more appropriate than a persistent denial (of something that was black and white on paper).

I've had a very bad experience with this realtor. After he verbally accepted our offer, the house was sold behind my back to someone with a higher bid. But he did this sneakily.
