Very bad experience with this real estate agent. During the purchase of the property, multiple hidden defects were found that were not reported and emphatically denied on paper while VSO was aware. For example, there was water damage to the floor, which was then not indicated in the questionnaire of which the broker was aware. In short: Transparency and care clearly left much to be desired in this process. In my opinion, a very chaotic and unreliable real estate agent. Edit, response to the following reaction from VSO; 1) We have not received compensation from the sellers, mediation failed here. 2) We were cursed over the phone by the sales broker of VSO (Mr. Stoeten) in response to this review. To all readers; this neat response from the office does not correspond to practice. 3) Incorrect information was given in the questionnaires and documentation where VSO made a mistake.
