Nice authentic park with many seating areas. However, most are occupied by 'strange characters' who consume alcohol and drugs there. I wouldn't go there with children. Enforce it a few times, I would think.

Taxatie laten uitvoeren door Reinders. Een tussenpartij had Reinders naar voren geschoven als taxateur. Kan niks anders zeggen dan top service. Na taxatie binnen 24 uur het rapport binnen. Een realistisch rapport is waar ik ook verder mee kan. Makelaar kwam deskundig eerlijk en vakbekwaam over.

Ik heb hier ooit een woning gekocht bij deze makelaar. Ze doen tijdens het aankoopproces wat ze moeten doen maar daarmee is ook alles gezegd. Support vanuit de makelaar na de aankoop van mijn woning is m.i. waardeloos. Ik zou er voor de 2e keer geen woning meer kopen helaas.
