A buyer's agent truly makes their costs more than worthwhile. When you have a good one, it even yields something for you. Marcel Guldemond and the team of Woon4you assisted us with the purchase of our new house as well as the sale of our previous home. Expert advice, good communication, honest and friendly. We are not moving anytime soon, but we would definitely work with Woon4you again.

Had a very pleasant collaboration with Marcel Guldemond who was the (rental) agent for the property I was interested in. Marcel clearly knows his stuff, is very accessible for questions and easily reachable, even outside of office hours. Not a quick-talking salesperson but an extremely friendly and honest broker who does his work with passion to perfection. I think that's precisely where the strength lies compared to other brokers.

Actually, I'm not a proponent of just rating with 5 stars, but at Woon4You we were helped so excellently with the sale of our house that I couldn't do otherwise now. This realtor doesn't understand that if you really want a house, you shouldn't squeeze every penny out of the price. Missed out on a beautiful house because of this. Without their help, I would have had the house. Frankly bad. Doesn't listen and has no time, doesn't assess what the wishes are, and when you say something about it, you get an arrogant answer instead of an apology. Rarely have I received such poor advice. I found him to be an extremely bad realtor and wouldn't recommend this man to anyone.
